Before becoming a Sales Trainer, I had many years of experience in the sales and financial services sector.  I have worked for many big companies such as Siemens, Alliance and Leicester, and Lloyds bank.  I have extensive experience of building and leading teams along with planning and delivering results, and helping to outsource business. 

Topics such as accelerated learning skills, goal achievement, stress management in working to targets and deadlines, are covered on my many training days. We as a company have helped corporations to increase profits massively through sales and staff performance.  I firmly believe their is no such thing as the ideal sales person.  Instead I believe that there are many different types of people who can all develop their potential to sell effectively.
 
We have been providing sales training  for a number of years with organisations, both in Manchester and Internationally to private clients and teams in the workplace: establishing goals, facilitating creative ideas, and thinking and making their working lives more effective and efficient.  Past experience has shown me that staff appreciate our down to earth approach and common sense outlook.
